ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Tanika Dahad
Tanika graduated from University College London with a First Class Honours in Management Science, and recently joined the consulting division of one of the big four professional services firms in London. Tanika’s academic career has fostered a mindset of critical thinking and singular focus on the subjects that have attracted her attention so far. She has always delved deep into any area of interest, researching it thoroughly, until she accumulates the knowledge that provides her a comprehensive, in-depth perspective. Sometimes she arguably takes this approach too far, spending hours researching even basic purchases like toilet paper.
Being of Indian descent but born and raised in the UK, immersed in British culture, Tanika was always drawn to understanding more about her heritage - the Hindi language, Indian traditions, food, and alternative medicine. This also involved spending many hours with her grandmother who shared her ways of 80 years of healthy living. It was the combination of Tanika’s curiosity and enthusiasm to share her learnings that gave birth to The Natural Remedy Lab.
